Preschool summer program at Voyagers’ Community School

Voyagers’ Studio Camp is built on the belief that children thrive when they are trusted—trusted to choose their work, explore deeply, collaborate meaningfully, and engage with materials that invite real thinking.

Campers are guided by experienced adults who know how to support without over-directing, and who value curiosity, autonomy, and intentional childhoods.

The result is a summer that feels both joyful and grounded.

This camp is designed for families seeking quality over quantity, and for children who do best in calm, organized, and respectful environments.

Voyagers’ Studio Camp is a strong fit for children who:

  • Love to create, build, imagine, and tinker
  • Prefer depth over fast-paced schedules
  • Thrive with autonomy and thoughtful guidance
  • Enjoy calm, respectful, and engaging environments
  • Choice-based, studio-driven learning
  • Small groups and generous adult-to-child ratios
  • Skilled educators—not teen counselors
  • Real tools, real materials, real thinking
  • Projects that unfold over days or weeks
  • Calm, thoughtfully prepared spaces

Children are not rushed from activity to activity. They are given time to settle into work, revisit ideas, collaborate, and build confidence through sustained engagement.

Important to note:

Studios remain open throughout the summer—there are no weekly themes. Children may remain in one studio for days or weeks, or move between studios as their interests evolve.

Friday mornings are dedicated to reflection and finishing work.

Friday afternoons offer a relaxed “Showtime” experience, where children may choose to share projects, explain ideas, or invite families into their learning.

There are:

  • no performances
  • no pressure
  • no comparisons

Just authentic sharing and celebration.

Choose the level of commitment and flexibility that fits your summer. Most families choose multi-week enrollment to give children time to settle into projects and relationships.

Our most immersive and best-value option. Children benefit from consistency, deeper relationships, and the ability to carry ideas across weeks.

Recommended for families seeking the fullest Studio Camp experience.

A flexible middle ground that rewards commitment while allowing room for summer travel, attending other programs and having rainy-day options.

Recommended for families on the go. After registration, families indicate their preferred weeks.

Designed for families with variable schedules. Flex days are scheduled in advance as space allows.

Flex passes are valid for the current summer season and are subject to availability.

Enroll for specific weeks. Weekly enrollment is intentionally limited to preserve continuity and a calm studio environment.

After registration, families indicate their preferred weeks.

Families enrolling multiple children are encouraged to reach out. Sibling considerations may be available based on enrollment level, schedule alignment, and group balance.

Extended care is available from 3:30 – 5:30 pm for enrolled campers only.

  • Extended Care (Weekly): $175/week
  • Extended Care (Hourly): $25/hour

Offered on select dates throughout the summer, these optional evening experiences are designed to extend the day in a relaxed, engaging way—not to overfill it. Each evening runs from 3:30–6:30 pm, includes dinner and a guided activity, and is $55 per child. Space is limited and advance registration is required.

  • Dinner & Movie Nights
  • Open Studio Evenings
  • Karaoke or Sing-Along Nights
  • Special themed evenings

These events are optional, separately priced, and designed to add value—not exhaustion.

Studio Camp enrollment is completed per child. Each child attending camp must be registered separately to ensure accurate scheduling, group balance, and communication.

At checkout, families are invited to indicate their preferred weeks. These selections are treated as preferences, not automatic confirmations.

Admissions will follow up within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize the schedule.

Enrollment is confirmed after admissions reviews:

  • Weekly availability
  • Group balance
  • Age and developmental mix

If we are unable to accommodate your selected weeks and you are unable to adjust when admissions contacts you, we will issue a refund minus credit card processing fees incurred by the school.

Flex Passes allow families to schedule attendance days in collaboration with admissions. This approach gives us flexibility while maintaining a calm, well-balanced camp experience.

Extended care and evening experiences are selected at checkout. These add-ons are optional and offered on select dates, depending on availability.

Evening events are relaxed, optional experiences offered throughout the summer. Each runs from 3:30–6:30 pm, includes dinner, and features a guided activity such as movie night, open studio, karaoke, or themed gatherings.

Studio Camp is intentionally calm, creative, and relationship-driven. There are no loud rotations, forced activities, or over-scheduling. Children work with real materials, follow their interests, and build meaningful connections with peers and adults.
