Each camp registration is completed per child.

Attendance days are scheduled in collaboration with Admissions following purchase. Enrollment is confirmed based on availability and group balance.

If we are unable to accommodate your preferred schedule and an adjustment is not possible, a refund will be issued, less credit card processing fees incurred by the school.

Flex Passes are designed for flexible, personalized scheduling. After purchase, Admissions will share a simple form you can use whenever you’re ready to schedule Flex Pass days. Days are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability. No dates need to be selected at checkout.

Description

The 15-Day Flex Pass is ideal for families seeking flexibility while still offering children meaningful engagement in the Voyagers’ Studio Camp community. This option allows families to plan attendance around travel, other commitments, or varied summer schedules without sacrificing the continuity and care of the studio environment.

Flex days may be used across the summer session and are scheduled in collaboration with admissions after purchase. Enrollment is intentionally limited and confirmed based on availability and group balance to maintain a calm, high-quality experience for all children.

At checkout, families will be invited to indicate preferred weeks. Admissions will confirm enrollment within 24 hours.

After-Care and Evening Events can be added just before checkout.
